Conduct a Gap Assessment. A.6.1 The CONTRACTOR shall undertake an internal gap assessment to identify elements of the CCIP standards which have not yet been achieved. The gap assessment shall: A.6.1.1 Clearly identify elements of the standard that have been achieved and describe how they have been achieved. A.6.1.2 Clearly identify elements of the standards that have not been achieved. A.6.2 The CONTRACTOR shall utilize the results of the assessment to develop a Transformation Plan for those elements of the Standards that have not been achieved. The Transformation Plan shall: A.6.2.1 Describe the activities the CONTRACTOR will undertake to address the identified gaps in achievement of the Standards. A. 6.2.2 Incorporate feedback from the STATE on strategies to achieve all elements of the Standards
