Conditions to Initial Extensions of Credit. The agreement of each Lender to make the initial Loan requested to be made by it and of the Issuing Lender to issue the initial Letter of Credit to be issued by it is subject to the satisfaction, immediately prior to or concurrently with the making of such Loan and the issuance of such Letter of Credit on the Closing Date, of the following conditions precedent:
