Conditions to Initial Extensions of Credit. The agreement of each Lender to make the initial extensions of credit (regardless of whether such extensions of credit are to be made in the form of Loans or Letters of Credit) requested to be made by it shall be subject to the satisfaction or waiver by such Lender of the following conditions precedent (the date on which said conditions are satisfied or waived, being herein called the "Closing Date") on or before March 2, 1998:
