CONDITIONS TO GRANT. If Borrower shall pay to Lender the Secured Indebtedness, at the times and in the manner stipulated in the Loan Documents, and if Borrower shall perform and observe each of the terms, covenants and agreements set forth in the Loan Documents, then this Mortgage and all the rights granted by this Mortgage shall be released by Lender in accordance with the laws of the State.
