Common use of Conditions Precedent to Disbursement Clause in Contracts

Conditions Precedent to Disbursement. 3.01 The Accredited Entity acknowledges that in accordance with the relevant Decision Accrediting it, the Fund may not disburse any funds to it for a Funded Activity, until it has satisfied the conditions, if any, (a) contained in that Decision and repeated (or as supplemented) in Annex 2 (Conditions Precedent to Disbursement) of this Agreement; and
