Conditions Precedent to Disbursement of All Loans and All Letters of Credit. In addition to any other terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, including, without limitation, those set forth in Section 3.1 above, the obligation of Bank to make any Loan or to issue any Letter of Credit under this Agreement, including, without limitation, the initial Loan hereunder, shall be further subject to the satisfaction of each of the following conditions precedent on or before the Disbursement Date for such Loan:
