CONDITIONS PRECEDENT FOR PROVISION OF THE CREDIT. The Borrower is aware, and it agrees, that the coming into force of this Agreement, including its appendixes, and the provision of the Credit as per the provisions of this Agreement, is subject to the following conditions, in addition to that stated in clauses 6 and 12.3 of this Agreement and without derogating from all other terms of this Agreement.
