Common use of Conditions of Plan Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Plan. This Agreement is executed pursuant to the Plan, which is defined above as the Texas Regional Bancshares, Inc. 2006 Incentive Plan. The Plan may contain other conditions not contained in this Agreement, and the Employee enters into this Agreement subject to any conditions and limitations contained in the Plan. In the event of any inconsistency between any provision of this Agreement and mandatory terms and conditions of the Plan, the terms and conditions of the Plan shall control. To the extent that the Plan does not address an issue or allows the option agreement to vary from the terms and conditions of the Plan, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control. Defined terms used in this Agreement and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Plan.
