Conditional Redemption. Any redemption pursuant to this Article 3 may, in the Company’s discretion, be subject to the satisfaction of one or more conditions precedent. If a redemption pursuant to this Article 3 is subject to the satisfaction of one or more conditions precedent, the Company may delay the Optional Redemption Date for such redemption until such time as any or all such conditions shall be satisfied, and may rescind any related notice of redemption, in which case such redemption shall not occur, in the event that any or all such conditions shall not have been satisfied by the date fixed as the Optional Redemption Date or, if applicable, by the Optional Redemption Date so delayed.
