Common use of Conditional on Survey Clause in Contracts

Conditional on Survey. If the box in this subsection 8c(2) is checked, Buyer shall have the right to inspect the Survey. If written notice by or on behalf of Buyer of any unsatisfactory condition shown by the Survey, notwithstanding § 8b or § 13, is received by Seller on or before Survey Objection Deadline (§ 2c) then such objection shall be deemed an unsatisfactory title condition. If Seller does not receive Buyer’s notice by Survey Objection Deadline (§ 2c), Xxxxx accepts the Survey as satisfactory.

Conditional on Survey. If the box in this subsection 8c(2) § 8.3.2 is checked, Buyer shall have the right to inspect the Survey. If written notice 292 by or on behalf of Buyer of any unsatisfactory condition shown by the Survey, notwithstanding § 8b 8.2 or § 13, is received by Seller on or before 293 Survey Objection Deadline (§ 2c2.3) then such objection shall be deemed an unsatisfactory title condition. If Seller does not receive BuyerXxxxx’s notice 294 by Survey Objection Deadline (§ 2c2.3), Xxxxx accepts the Survey as satisfactory.

If written notice by or on behalf of Buyer of any unsatisfactory condition shown by the Survey, 373 notwithstanding § 8b 8b.2 or § 13, is received by Seller on or before Survey Objection Deadline (§ 2c2.3c) then such objection 374 shall be deemed an unsatisfactory title condition. If Seller does not receive Buyer’s notice by Survey Objection Deadline 375 (§ 2c2.3c), Xxxxx accepts the Survey as satisfactory.

If written notice 293 by or on behalf of Buyer of any unsatisfactory condition shown by the Survey, notwithstanding § 8b 8.2 or § 13, is received by Seller on or before 294 Survey Objection Deadline (§ 2c2.3) then such objection shall be deemed an unsatisfactory title condition. If Seller does not receive BuyerXxxxx’s notice 295 by Survey Objection Deadline (§ 2c2.3), Xxxxx accepts the Survey as satisfactory.

If Seller does not receive Buyer’s Xxxxx's notice 270 by Survey Objection Deadline (§ 2c2.3), Xxxxx accepts the Survey as satisfactory.
