Common use of Conditional on Buyer’s Review Clause in Contracts

Conditional on Buyer’s Review. If the box in either § 7.4.4.1 or § 7.4.4.2 is checked, the provisions of this § 7.4.5 shall apply. 261 Written notice of any unsatisfactory provision in any of the CIC Documents, in Xxxxx’s subjective discretion, signed by Xxxxx, or on behalf of 262 Buyer, and delivered to Seller on or before CIC Documents Objection Deadline (§ 2.3), shall terminate this Contract. 263 Should Buyer receive the CIC Documents after CIC Documents Deadline (§ 2.3), Buyer shall have the right, at Buyer’s option, to 264 terminate this Contract by written notice delivered to Seller on or before ten days after Xxxxx’s receipt of the CIC Documents.
