Common use of Conditional Grant Clause in Contracts

Conditional Grant. The City Funds being provided hereunder are being granted on a conditional basis, subject to the Developer’s compliance with the provisions of this Agreement. The City Funds are subject to being reimbursed as provided in Section 15.02 hereof.
