Conditional Grant. If the Participant is a resident of a community property state, this Option is granted upon the condition that, and the Option Shares shall be forfeited unless, each and any person who is a spouse of the Participant at any time on or after the Grant Date (including any person who becomes a spouse after the Grant Date) executes a Consent of Spouse form provided by the Committee, unless the Committee shall waive either such condition.

The Licensed Programs are copyrighted and are licensed, not sold to you. If you are not willing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, do not install, copy or use the Licensed Programs. If you received this software from any source other than the LICENSOR, your access to the Licensed Programs is NOT permitted under this Agreement, and you must delete the software and any copies from your systems.
Conditional Grant. 3.1 The monies are to be spent on the Project, as specified in the Proposal including any modifications from the Funding Conditions.

Conditional Grant. It is not considered by the Parties that Neustar’s development, deployment, operation, management, or administration of a Clearinghouse or Registry as contemplated herein would require Neustar to obtain a license to the NeoMedia Licensed Patents. However, to the extent that it might require it, NeoMedia shall grant to Neustar a royalty-free license to the NeoMedia Licensed Patents for the purpose of administering or operating a Clearinghouse and Registry , as contemplated herein.
Conditional Grant. This Option is granted upon the conditions and the Option Shares hereunder shall be forfeited unless each and any person who is a spouse of the Participant at any time on or after the Grant Date (including any person who becomes a spouse after the Grant Date) executes a Consent of Spouse in the form attached as EXHIBIT B hereto, unless the Committee shall waive either such condition.
