Condition Report. When a Condition Report is initiated, the report shall be submitted to the appropriate manager having responsibility for the area concerned and a copy forwarded to the Safety Coordinator. The Company Health and Safety Coordinator will monitor the operation of the procedure including content of replies, timeliness of replies, (3 working days) and estimated completion dates of any planned corrective measures.
