Condition on Termination. At the termination of this Lease at the end of the Lease term or for any other reason, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ must surrender and deliver the Property in as substantially good order and condition as it existed at the beginning of this Lease, except loss by fire, inevitable accident, act of God, damage or neglect not attributable to the Lessee, and ordinary wear and tear.
