CONDITION OF WATER SHUT-OFF. 7.07 When the water supply within the Development Area, or any portion thereof, has been turned on and is being used by any third party, the Developer shall not, without the written consent of the Manager, Water Quality Services, shut off the water supply to any water mains or fire hydrants.
