All of the equipment owned by the Company and the Subsidiaries is in good condition and repair for its intended use, normal wear and tear and normal obsolescence excepted, in the ordinary course of business and conforms in all material respects with all applicable ordinances, regulations and other laws and there are no known defects therein.
