CONDITION OF DWELLING. PREMISES: By signing this Agreement, Resident acknowledges that the Premises is safe, clean, and in good condition. Resident agrees that all appliances and equipment in the Premises are in good working order, except as described on the Apartment Condition Checklist. Resident must report any further discrepancies by providing written notice to Lessor within five (5) calendar days of Resident first taking possession of the Premises
