Common use of Condemnations Clause in Contracts

Condemnations. Except as described in Section 1.2(i) of Seller’s Disclosure Letter, there are no Condemnations as of the date hereof and no Condemnations have been concluded between May 1, 2011 and the date hereof that were not fully reflected in the June 2011 Inventory and, to Seller’s Knowledge, no Condemnations have been threatened in writing.
