Concussion Awareness Program. Pursuant to Minnesota statute, it is a requirement that any group with a fee for a program must make information available to all participating coaches, officials, youth athletes, and their parents and/or guardians about the nature and risks of concussions. All youth sports organizations using/renting space from the City for youth sports programs will be required to demonstrate, upon request, compliance with all provisions of this law which is to provide a concussion prevention and awareness program.
