Concurrency Management System Clause Samples
A Concurrency Management System clause establishes procedures and protocols for managing situations where multiple parties or processes may need to access or use the same resources simultaneously. Typically, this clause outlines how access conflicts are resolved, sets priorities, and may specify technical or administrative controls to prevent interference or data corruption. Its core function is to ensure orderly and efficient resource sharing, thereby minimizing operational disruptions and reducing the risk of errors or disputes arising from concurrent usage.
