Common use of Concurrence Charge Clause in Contracts

Concurrence Charge. The CLEC is responsible to create subscription versions in the NPAC prior to the 18-hour window. In the event that the CLEC does not create the subscription version(s) within the prescribed time frame, the CLEC is responsible to notify Frontier during regular business hours of the need to concur.
