Common use of Concertmaster Clause in Contracts

Concertmaster. A vacancy in the Concertmaster position may be filled by audition. If the Music Director wishes to use an alternate method to fill this vacancy, the Music Director, Audition Committee, and a representative from the Orchestra Committee will meet to determine an appropriate process; the TMA may also choose to send a representative to this meeting. This process will be subject to the approval of the Audition Committee, the Orchestra Committee and the TMA. The details of this process will be communicated to the members of the Orchestra before the process begins.
