Common use of comScore Data Clause in Contracts

comScore Data. Without limiting comScore’s obligations to provide the comScore Data as specified in the Agreement, at a minimum, the comScore Raw Data and comScore Processed Data shall contain sufficient data to derive the information contained below under the headings “Transaction Data”, “Visitor Data” and “Visitor Data: Browsing Data Metrics”. ComScore represents, warrants and covenants that the information contained under the heading “Data Warehouse Tables and Data Field Information” is and shall be an accurate list of the database tables and data fields portions of the comScore Raw Data and comScore Processed Data as of the Effective Date and Services Commencement Date, but is subject to modification at comScore’s reasonable discretion, provided however that comScore notifies Citadel of such changes in a timely manner.
