Computing Sick Leave Sample Clauses

The "Computing Sick Leave" clause defines how an employee's entitlement to sick leave is calculated. It typically outlines the method for determining the amount of sick leave accrued, such as a set number of days per year or accrual based on hours worked, and may specify whether unused sick leave can be carried over to subsequent years. This clause ensures clarity and consistency in how sick leave is granted and tracked, helping both employers and employees understand their rights and obligations regarding time off due to illness.
