COMPUTERISED BILLING SYSTEM. BCPL (India) Limited has introduced Computerised Billing System whereby when the Bills are submitted in BCPL by a Contractor, a receipt number is generated. The Contractor can know the status of the Bill through BCPL’s website. (Not applicable in case of BCPL)
