Common use of Computer-to Clause in Contracts

Computer-to. computer system interface occurs when Agency’s computer exchanges data and information with BCA’s computer systems and tools using an interface. Without limitation, interface types include: state message switch, web services, enterprise service bus and message queuing. For purposes of this Agreement, Agency employees or contractors may use any of these methods to use BCA’s systems and tools as described in this Agreement. Agency will select a method of access and can change the methodology following the process in Clause 2.10.
