Computer Systems. The computer and management information systems of the Company and each other member of the G▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to the conduct of its business are and, with ordinary course upgrading and maintenance, are expected for the term of this Agreement to be sufficient to permit the Company and each other member of the Group to conduct their respective business without any Material Adverse Effect.
