Computer systems and network. The Concessionaire shall install, operate and maintain a computer system with round- the-clock connections to the networks of the Authority and other related entities for exchange of data and information useful or necessary for efficient and transparent regulation and management of traffic. For this purpose, it shall follow such protocol for Electronic Data Interchange (the “EDI”) as the Authority may specify.
