Common use of Computer Diskette Clause in Contracts

Computer Diskette. Beginning in May 2005, the Servicer will deliver to the Insurer on a monthly basis, a computer diskette or other electronic file in a format acceptable to the Insurer, containing the information provided to the Insurer pursuant to clause (iii) of this subsection 2.02(c) and also containing information similar to the information provided in the Contract Schedule delivered to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to the Sale and Allocation Agreement and described in Schedule 1 of the Sale and Allocation Agreement.

Beginning in May 2005December 2003, the Servicer will deliver to the Insurer on a monthly basis, a computer diskette or other electronic file in a format acceptable to the Insurer, containing the information provided to the Insurer pursuant to clause (iii) of this subsection 2.02(c) and also containing information similar to the information provided in the Contract Schedule delivered to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to the Sale and Allocation Agreement and described in Schedule 1 of the Sale and Allocation Agreement.
