Computer Diskette. Upon request of the Insurer, the Servicer will deliver to the Insurer on a quarterly basis a computer diskette containing a summary of the information provided to the Insurer pursuant to clause (iii) of this Section 2.02(c) and also containing information similar to the information provided in the Schedule of Receivables and any supplements delivered to the Trust Collateral Agent and the Backup Servicer pursuant to the Sale and Servicing Agreement and described in Schedule A of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Computer Diskette. Beginning in February 2006, the Servicer will deliver to the Insurer on a monthly basis, a computer diskette or other electronic file in a format acceptable to the Insurer, containing the information provided to the Insurer pursuant to clause (iii) of this subsection 2.02(c) and also containing information similar to the information provided in the Contract Schedule delivered to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to the Sale and Allocation Agreement and described in Schedule 1 of the Sale and Allocation Agreement.
Computer Diskette. Beginning in June 1997, the Servicer will deliver to the Insurer, at its request, on a quarterly basis, a computer diskette containing a quarterly summary of the information provided to the Insurer pursuant to clause (ii) of this subsection 2.02(c) and also containing information similar to the information provided in the Lease Schedule.
Computer Diskette. Beginning in March 1999, the Servicer shall deliver, or cause the Sub-Servicer to deliver, to the Insurer on a quarterly basis, a computer diskette containing a quarterly summary of the information provided to the Insurer pursuant to clause (iii) of this subsection 2.02(c) and also containing information similar to the information provided in the Mortgage Loan Schedule delivered to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to the Indenture and described in Schedule I of the Indenture.
Computer Diskette. Beginning in March 1999, the Sub-Servicer will deliver to the Insurer on a quarterly basis, a computer diskette containing a quarterly summary of the information provided to the Insurer pursuant to clause (iii) of this subsection 2.05(c) and also containing information similar to the information provided in the Mortgage Loan Schedule delivered to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to the Indenture and described in Schedule I of the Indenture.
Computer Diskette. Beginning in October 2007, the Servicer will deliver to the Insurer on a quarterly basis, a computer diskette containing a quarterly summary of the information provided to the Insurer pursuant to clause (iii) of this subsection 2.02(c) and also containing information similar to the information provided in the Schedule of Contracts.
Computer Diskette. Beginning in April, 1999, the Servicer will deliver to the Surety Provider on a quarterly basis in electronic form reasonably acceptable to the Surety Provider a quarterly summary of the information provided to the Surety Provider pursuant to the second sentence of clause (ii) of this Section 2.02(c) and also containing the information provided in the Schedule of Receivables delivered to the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Warehouse Loan Agreement and described in Schedule A of each Funding Request with respect to the preceding calendar quarterly period.
Computer Diskette. Beginning in February 2000, the Servicer will deliver to the Insurer on a monthly basis, a computer diskette or other electronic file in a format acceptable to the Insurer, containing the information provided to the Insurer pursuant to clause (iii) of this subsection 2.02(c) and also containing information similar to the information provided in the Contract Schedule delivered to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to the Sale and Allocation Agreement and described in Schedule 1 of the Sale and Allocation Agreement.
