Computations by Foreign Agent. In addition to any other ----------------------------- computations and notices provided for herein, the Foreign Agent shall give notice to the Administrative Agent and the Company within 5 days after the end of each month, which notice shall set forth the Dollar Equivalent amount as of the end of such month of (a) the Maximum Drawing Amount of the Foreign Letters of Credit, (b) the Unpaid Reimbursement Obligations with respect to Foreign Letters of Credit, (c) the principal amount of and accrued interest on the Foreign Term Loan, (d) the principal amount of and accrued interest on the outstanding Multicurrency Swing Line Loans, and (e) the principal amount of and accrued interest on the outstanding Revolving Multicurrency Loans.
