In this Agreement, the Note and Note, the other Security DocumentsDocuments and the Fee Letter, in the computation of periods of time from a specified date to a later specified date, the word “"from” " means “"from and including” " and the words “"to” " and “"until” " each mean “"to but excluding”"; words importing either gender include the other gender; references to “"writing” " include printing, typing, lithography and other means of reproducing words in a tangible visible form; the words “"including,” “" "includes” " and “"include” " shall be deemed to be followed by the words “"without limitation”"; references to articles, sections (or subdivisions of sections), exhibits, annexes or schedules are to this Agreement, the Note or such Security Document, as applicable; references to agreements and other contractual instruments (including this Agreement, the Note and the Security Documents) shall be deemed to include all subsequent amendments, amendments and restatements, supplements, extensions, replacements and other modifications to such instruments (without, however, limiting any prohibition on any such amendments, extensions and other modifications by the terms of this Agreement, the Note or any Security Document); references to any matter that is “"approved” " or requires “"approval” " of a party shall mean approval given in the sole and absolute discretion of such party unless otherwise specified.
