Computation of Time Periods and Other Definitional Provisions. For purposes of computation of periods of time hereunder, the word “from” means “from and including” and the words “to” and “until” each mean “to but excluding”. All references to time herein shall be references to Eastern Standard time or Eastern Daylight time, as the case may be, unless specified otherwise. References in this Agreement to Articles, Sections, Schedules, Appendices or Exhibits shall be to Articles, Sections, Schedules, Appendices or Exhibits of or to this Agreement unless otherwise specifically provided. Unless the context otherwise requires, a reference to any agreement or other contract includes supplements, modifications or amendments thereto. The definitions in Section 1.01 shall apply equally to both the singular and plural forms of the terms defined.
