Comprehensive General Liability. The Consultant shall have and maintain comprehensive general liability insurance coverage during the entire term of the Contract, against claims arising out of bodily injury, death, damage to or destruction of the property of others, including loss of use thereof, and including underground, collapse and explosion (XCU) and products and completed operations in an amount not less than one million each occurrence and one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) in the general aggregate.
