Comprehensive Agreement. Concessionaire shall perform, or cause Concessionaire Contractors to perform, its specified obligations under the Comprehensive Agreement to the extent such obligations are not required to be performed by Contractor hereunder and will use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to include Contractor where appropriate in dealings with the Department to the extent permitted by the Department.
