Compound. ArriVent hereby represents and warrants to InnoCare that as of the Effective Date: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has the full right, power and authority to (a) grant all of the licenses granted to InnoCare under this Agreement and (b) to supply the ArriVent Compound to InnoCare for the uses contemplated herein.
