Common use of Composition and meeting Clause in Contracts

Composition and meeting. The IPUDC is composed of one (1) representative per Contractor. Two or more of the Contractors may, however, agree on the appointment of a single representative. The head of the IPUDC is appointed among its members pursuant to a qualified majority of ---- %. The IPUDC shall meet at least four (4) times a year. It will be convened either by the head of the IPUDC or upon the request of a representative addressed to the head of the IPUDC. The head of IPUDC shall draft the minutes of each meeting to formalise in writing all decisions taken and shall dispatch them to all its members within fifteen (15) calendar days of the concerned meeting. The minutes shall be considered as accepted by the IPUDC contractors if, within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt thereof, none of them has objected in writing to the head of IPUDC.
