COMPOSITE CREWS. Section 1. The employer shall assign work on the basis of traditional work jurisdictional lines. It is recognized that on some jobs effective production will require the use of composite crews. When such circumstances exist, the employer and the representatives of the unions involved shall meet and mutually agree to the make-up of the crew on the basis of the amount of work involved for each union. In the performance of such work, all employees will perform the work they are assigned.
