Common use of Components 7 Clause in Contracts

Components 7. 3.1 The Buyer and Buyer´s Affiliates have entered into a service agreement for procurement services) dated June 30, 2019 with Volvo Cars (PS19-032 and Volvo Cars Investment Co. Ltd, (PS19-031), under which Volvo Cars and its Affiliates provide Manufacturing Engineer, Logistics and Procurement Services. The Buyer utilises these services in order to fulfil its obligations and responsibilities under this Section 7.3.
