The City’s goal is to make The Center a “green” facility. Sustainability goals will be established during early project planning. [Type here] PROJECT BUDGET The anticipated budget for the project shall not exceed $34,000,000.00 including financing cost. The bonds proceeds shall be $31,000,000 available for the project. This includes The Center, the Park Trail Connection, and the new Parks Maintenance Building. We have assumed a construction budget of $24,800,000.00 for the building and Cumberland Park site development. The remaining $6,200,000 soft cost budget is estimated to cover design fees, construction phase testing, FF&E procurement, etc. PROJECT SCHEDULE Our team has provided a preliminary schedule in Section 05, page 32-33 of our RFQ response dated August 15, 2018. We are looking forward to collaborating with the Construction Manager to optimize the schedule and are very comfortable delivering the project with multiple bid packages if determined by the team to be beneficial. Our proposed fee will accommodate multiple bid package delivery. Substantial completion will be by January 2021 with warranty work continuing through December 2021.
