Common use of Compliance with the Privacy Laws Clause in Contracts

Compliance with the Privacy Laws. The Servicer shall comply with all provisions of the Privacy Laws relating to the Mortgage Loans, the related borrowers and any "nonpublic personal information" (as defined in the Privacy Laws) received by the Servicer incidental to the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including, maintaining adequate information security procedures to protect such nonpublic personal information and providing all privacy notices required by the Privacy Laws.
