Compliance with Statutes, Regulations, Etc. The Borrower will, and will cause each Restricted Subsidiary to, comply with all laws, rules, regulations and orders of any Governmental Authority (including all Environmental Laws) applicable to it or its property (owned or leased), except where the failure to do so would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; provided that this Section 9.6 shall not apply to laws related to Taxes.
