Common use of COMPLIANCE WITH STATUTE Clause in Contracts

COMPLIANCE WITH STATUTE. (a) The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that it must comply with the confidentiality and secrecy provisions of all applicable legislation, including, but not limited to, section 131 of the Act. (b) Any breach of these provisions is a breach of the Agreement entitling the TAC to terminate the Agreement without notice, and in any event may render the Applicant liable to prosecution and penalty.
