Applicant agrees that Applicant’s facilities attached to SWBT’s poles or occupying space in SWBT’s ducts, conduits, and rights-of-way shall be attached, placed, constructed, maintained, repaired, and removed in full compliance with the requirements, specifications, and standards specified in this Agreement.
