Compliance with Provisions of Agreement. Medical Group’s subcontracts with Participating Providers shall be in writing. All such subcontracts shall be consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including the Product Attachments) and shall meet PacifiCare’s requirements for Participating Provider subcontracts. If this Agreement is amended or modified, all such subcontracts shall be amended or modified within thirty (30) calendar days to be consistent with such amendments or modifications.
