Compliance with Procurement Requirements. 1. All contracts by municipalities for service, labor, and construction involving not more than $35,000 and purchase contracts involving not more than $20,000 are subject to the requirements of General Municipal Law §104-b, which requires such contracts to comply with the procurement policies and procedures of the municipality involved. All such contracts shall be awarded after and in accordance with such municipal procedures, subject to the MWBE requirements as set forth in Section M and any additional requirements imposed by the State as set forth in Attachment C hereof.
