Compliance with Privacy Laws. In connection with and to the extent applicable under this Agreement, Licensee and any Person acting for or on its behalf, will comply with all Applicable Laws with respect to the receipt, collection, compilation, use, storage, processing, sharing, safeguarding, security (technical, physical and administrative), disposal, destruction, disclosure, or transfer (including cross-border) of Personal Information, including providing any notice, obtaining any consent or prior authorization, and conducting any assessment required under Applicable Laws.
