COMPLIANCE WITH METHODS OF OPERATION. You acknowledge and agree that your operation and maintenance of the BUSINESS in accordance with Methods of Operation (defined in Article 4.5.) is essential to preserve the goodwill of the Marks and all NETSPACE(R) businesses. Therefore, at all times during the term of this Agreement, you agree to operate and maintain the BUSINESS in accordance with Methods of Operation, as we periodically modify and supplement them during the term of this Agreement.
