Common use of Compliance with Legal/Insurance Requirements, Etc Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Legal/Insurance Requirements, Etc. Subject to the provisions of Section 5.1.2(b) and Article 8, Tenant, at its sole expense, shall (i) comply with (or cause to be complied with) all material Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements in respect of the use, operation, maintenance, repair, alteration and restoration of any Property and with the terms and conditions of any ground lease affecting any Property, and (ii) procure, maintain and comply with (or cause to be procured, maintained and complied with) all material licenses, permits and other authorizations and agreements required for any use of any Property and Tenant’s Personal Property, if any, then being made, and for the proper erection, installation, operation and maintenance of the Leased Property or any part thereof.

Compliance with Legal/Insurance Requirements, Etc. Subject to the provisions of Section 5.1.2(b) and Article 8, Tenant, at its sole expense, shall (i) comply with (or cause to be complied with) all material Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements in respect of the use, operation, maintenance, repair, alteration and restoration of any Property and with the terms and conditions of any ground lease affecting any Property, and (ii) procure, maintain and comply with (or cause to be procured, maintained and complied with) all material licenses, permits and other authorizations and agreements required for any use of any Property and Tenant’s 's Personal Property, if any, then being made, and for the proper erection, installation, operation and maintenance of the Leased Property or any part thereof.

Compliance with Legal/Insurance Requirements, Etc. Subject to the provisions of Article 8 and Section 5.1.2(b) and Article 85.1.3(b), Tenant, at its sole expense, shall (or shall direct the Manager or (following the Patriot Acquisition Date) Subtenant to) (i) comply with (or cause to be complied with) all material Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements in respect of the use, operation, maintenance, repair, alteration and restoration of any the Leased Property and with the terms and conditions of any ground lease affecting any Property, the Leased Property and (ii) procure, maintain and comply with (or cause to be procured, maintained and complied with) all material appropriate licenses, permits and other authorizations and agreements required for any use of any the Leased Property and Tenant’s 's Personal Property, if any, then being made, and for the proper erection, installation, operation and maintenance of the Leased Property or any part thereof.

Compliance with Legal/Insurance Requirements, Etc. Subject to the provisions of Article 8 and Section 5.1.2(b) and Article 85.1.3 (b), Tenant, at its sole expense, shall (i) comply with (or cause to be complied with) all material Legal Requirements Applicable Law and Insurance Requirements in respect of the use, operation, maintenance, repair, alteration and restoration of any the Property and with the terms and conditions of any ground lease, sublease or parking lease affecting any the Property, (ii) perform all obligations of the landlord under any sublease affecting the Property and (iiiii) procure, maintain and comply with (or cause to be procured, maintained and complied with) all material licenses, permits and other authorizations and agreements required for any use of any the Property and Tenant’s 's Personal Property, if any, then being made, and for the proper erection, installation, operation and maintenance of the Leased Property or any part thereof.

Compliance with Legal/Insurance Requirements, Etc. Subject to the provisions of Section 5.1.2(b) and Article 8, Tenant, at its sole expense, shall (i) comply with (or cause to be complied with) all material Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements in respect of the use, operation, maintenance, repair, alteration and restoration of any Property and with the terms and conditions of any ground lease affecting any Property, and (ii) procure, maintain and comply with (or cause to be procured, maintained and complied with) all material licenses, permits certificates of need, permits, provider agreements and other authorizations and agreements required for any use of any Property and Tenant’s Personal Property, if any, then being made, and for the proper erection, installation, operation and maintenance of the Leased Property or any part thereof.

Compliance with Legal/Insurance Requirements, Etc. Subject to the provisions of Section 5.1.2(b) and Article 89, Tenant, at its sole expense, shall, or shall cause Manager and each Space Tenant to, (i) comply with (or cause to be complied with) all material Legal Requirements Requirements, Insurance Requirements, Mortgage Loan Documents and Insurance Requirements the provisions of the Condominium Documents in respect of the use, operation, maintenance, repair, alteration and restoration of any Property and with the terms and conditions of any ground lease affecting any Leased Property, and (ii) procure, maintain and comply with all Permitted Encumbrances; and (or cause to be procured, maintained and complied withiii) comply with all material appropriate licenses, permits and other authorizations and agreements required for any use of any the Leased Property and Tenant’s Personal Property, if any, then being mademade and which are material to the operation of the Leased Property, and for the proper erection, installation, operation and maintenance of the Leased Property or any and each part thereof.
